PRAY FOR JERUSALEM

           Father, we pray for the peace of Jerusalem .  May we prosper who love You.  Peace be within your walls, prosperity within Your palaces.  For the sake of our brothers and companions, we now say, peace be within you.  Because of the house of the Lord our God, we seek your good.  (Ps 122:6-9)

          We thank You, Jesus, that by Your blood, we who were once far away from You have been brought near to You.  We are joined together with the Jews in the new covenant.  We are no longer strangers, but we are grafted in to enjoy the covenants of promise.  And, we are heirs to all of God's promises.  (Eph 2:12-3)

          We pray for the salvation of the nation of Israel .  We thank You that the Jewish people are saved and know You, Jesus as their personal Lord and Savior, and the Lord of their lives.

          We pray now, that You Holy Spirit are convicting them of sin and of righteousness and of judgment.  (John 16:8)

          We pray that as Christians, we honor the name of the Messiah, our Lord, by our love for His own people, the Jews.  (Rom 11:18)

          We pray for barriers to be brought down which separate Christians and Jews.  (Eph 2:14)

          We pray for the protection of the borders of Israel , that she be kept safe.  (Zech 12:2)

          We pray that God will continue to gather His people and protect them as they return home.  (Jer 31:7-10)

          We pray for an outpouring of the Holy Spirit on the 110 residents of Ashalim and for their protection from acts of terrorism.

          Through prayer we uphold the arms of the Wall of Prayer team as they are in a battle.

          We pray for a wall of protection around any soldiers from Ashalim who are serving in the Army.

          We pray for the deliverance of the many trapped into the New Age philosophy and into drug use.

          We pray that You would send workers into this area who are called to work in such a hot and demanding climate and who are able to communicate in the language of the people there.

          Finally, we pray for an end to the shedding of innocent blood through abortion, for the eyes of the government and those in the medical field to be opened.  Let them humble themselves and pray and seek Your face and turn from their wicked ways so You will hear from heaven and forgive their sin and heal their land.
